"Issue got fixed, but it took a little while"
I had an issue with my order i was annoyed at first. The first response didn’t come as quickly as I hoped, so I ended up having to follow up once.

Anyway... they did get it sorted in the end, and once they replied, the answer was clear and helpful. I appreciated that part at least.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t amazing either. I’d probably feel better about it if support was a bit quicker.

"Nice fabric, but a little on the thin side"
The material feels nice overall, especially compared to some cheaper fabrics I’ve tried, but it’s not quite perfect. It’s a bit thinner than I expected, so I’m not sure it feels as sturdy as similar items I’ve bought before.

"Super comfy hoodie, worth the wait"
I ordered a hoodie from minimalistfolk.co it’s been really nice to wear. The inside is super soft and it’s one of those hoodies you can keep on all day without thinking about it. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but I’m guessing they might be a smaller shop or maybe make things in limited batches, who knows. Either way, I’m happy with it overall.

"The colors were actually spot on"
I ordered a print from minimalistfolk.co and my main worry was, like, the colors being weird in real life compared to the website. But it showed up looking really close to what I saw online, maybe even kind of nicer somehow. No strange fading or off-looking tones or anything. So yeah, I’m happy with it

I’ve bought a few simple pieces here, they just feel easy to like. What I appreciate most is that they seem to care about where things come from. Reading between the lines, it feels like they’re not just selling stuff to sell it, which makes me feel better about shopping here.

"Pretty happy with my order"
I ordered from Minimalist Folk last month, i had a good experience overall. The website was easy to browse, and checking out didn’t take much effort, which I always appreciate when ordering online.

The delivery took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Once it arrived, the item looked just like the photos, and the packaging was solid with no damage or anything weird going on.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because I would’ve liked a few better shipping updates along the way. But based on what I received and how smooth the order was, I’m happy with it and would probably shop there again

I’ve ordered from minimalistfolk.co a few times now, and the sizing has been consistent for me. The tees fit about how I expected, not too tight and not super baggy, so I haven’t had to overthink my usual size.

One pair of pants did feel a little different around the waist, and when I tried to ask about it, I kind of felt ignored. It wasn’t a huge issue, but a simple response would’ve been nice. Overall, I’d still say I feel safe ordering my normal size.
